A very simple recipe.. All you need is:
-A bag of frozen berries (found in any grocery store)
-A Banana
-French Vanilla Yogurt
-Cereal
Directions:
Put a bunch of the frozen berries in a bowl to thaw so that you can use them fore these parfaits for a few days.
Slice up the banana and but it in a small cup.
Take about 3 tablespoons of French vanilla yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of thawed berries, place em in.
But one more tablespoon of yogurt on top, and sprinkle some cereal on top.
