If like me you're overweight/obese, you have probably settled into the idea that eating is a pleasurable thing. You have to change your mind on that. Exercise in a gym, and learn to love the natural high you get from it. Do not avoid carbohydrates when you eat: they give you energy so that you can put more effort in. Eat in the morning but not at night. Structure your diet to the point where eating is a chore and enjoy your workouts instead. Measure yourself regularly, and pay more attention to that than to weighing scales. Take good music to the gym. Walk everywhere if there is time. Oh! And be kind to yourself. You're great! :)
