I find that the easiest thing to do when trying to lose weight is to have 2 weetabix for breakfast, 2 lettuce and cucumber sandwiches for lunch and chicken and rice for dinner. Anytime in between that im feeling hungry i have a banana which doesnt have too many cals and gives you a good energy boost. By eating like this as well as my kickboxing training i can lose about 5kg in 2-3wks so without training i guess you could prob lose that in 6wks.
