Before breakfast, go do some cardio in the morning.
What this does:
- Burns body fat since you haven't had any food yet.
- Gets your body warmed up.
- Increases metabolism early.
I usually run 7 mph for 2:30 minutes once when I get up, and again after I eat breakfast.
But go at your own pace, just make sure you give yourself a nice work out.
I do some weight lifting too, to not lose muscle while losing weight.
