I started out at a FAT 188lbs. Totally disgusted with myself. I tried several times to lose weight but never got motivated. Finally, I just started to change my diet and before I knew it I lost 34 lbs. It took a total of 4 weeks to lose 16 lbs. Not bad. But I wanted to get to 165. Over the next 2-1/2 weeks I lost 17 lbs and settled in at 154 lbs. At 5'10" I feel great at this weight. I had to buy all new clothes the slim fit modern style sizes designed for the younger guys. It's amazing what a change in diet can do. I did a little exercise during this period in my Soloflex home gym. Now I plan to gain back around 5-7 lbs of muscle. I don't want to get big just lean with a little more muscle.
