1. Multiply your age by 4. Then take that number and do that amount of push-ups.
2.Run up and down your driveway for 6 minutes.
3.Sit and rest for 4 minutes.
4.Multiply your age by 3. Take that number and do that same amount of sit-ups.
5. Climb a tree as high as you wouldn't mind falling.
6.Jump rope, 60 times of jumping.
7.Go in and watch T.V. until you are fully calmed down.
8. Repeat the first 2 steps.
9.Be done for the rest of the night.
You should repeat this plan every other day, don't do it two days in a row because your muscles need to rest for a day.
