I'm an avid "dieter" however, I find it extremely hard to stick to any diet because I have a sweet tooth and I feel hungry all the time when I'm dieting. I discovered Lifestyle Foods (I think it's based around my area, PA, NY, NJ, etc. along the East coast)a company that creates salads and snacks that are all under a certain amount of calories so it follows a really healthy calorie-count diet and they're snacks are a really good size so that 2 a day is really all you need and you're always full, or at least not hungry all the time. I eat a normal breakfast, I like their fruit and yogurt snack before lunch, the chicken Caesar salad for lunch, the Hollywood snack (pretzels, apples, cheese and grapes)later in the day and then I'll switch back and forth between another salad or a small dinner at home depending on my schedule.
They're pre-packaged but they're really fresh and all the food is kept separate so it doesn't end up tasting funny or anything. I've been buying them religiously for a few months and exercising (they have exercise and style tips inside the container) and I feel really great. I recommend these to anyone!
