I always plan my meals and snacks for the week ahead of time(like over the weekend). It helps me known what foods to buy at the grocery store so that when I get there, I don't find myself racking my memory for if I need eggs or if I have enough bread. Plus, it ensures that I have a quicker trip in and out, don't spend so much on unused groceries, and don't indulge in those awful for you foods that taste so amazing. If your willing to take the time to do this, it is very beneficial because...IT WORKS!
