The two categories where soy beats whey protein are the most important to me personally. (Fat burning, warding off mental and physical fatigue as well as muscle building) Also, since I always consume my soy protein in a non-fat milkshake, I'm still getting the benefits of at least 30g. of whey protein per day from the milk so there's virtually no downside.
