Hey, I'm a kid I do wrestling and cross country, when hunger sets in you usually notice it when you're bored. Get away from the tv, computer, etc., and go out with friends or co-workers. If that doesn't amuse you then go on a walk, where ever you live (I live in florida so I don't want to hear "it's to hot outside", or "it's to cold" put on some clothes then) Best of luck!!! :)
P.S. think of the benefits of being skinny!!! ;)
