I workout 6 days a week and do 30 minutes of cardio on 5 of those days. Below is the breakdown.

Sunday - Arms/No cardio
Monday - Shoulders and Traps/Bike
Tuesday - Legs/Olyptical
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Chest/Tredmill
Friday - Back/Bike
Saturday - Abs/Olyptical

My weightlifting usually consists of 5 exercises per night. 6 Exercises if I am doing arms (3 for each), since they are worked with shoulders, chest and back.

I don't have a picture on my work email, but I am 30 years old, 6ft 1 inch tall, have a 34 inch waste, weigh 215lbs and can bench press 300lbs. This workout keeps me fairly well cut in the late spring and summer. With an increase in calories in the Mid Fall and Winter it can also produce some pretty nice gains too. Key is to push hard all year round, but not so hard that you get worn down, so your weight lifting intensity is definitely higher in the Fall and Winter months.
