I drink a lot of water in the evening time, when I start feeling peckish around the 10 O clock mark I usually eat a small apple and drink a lot of water. This really does work in helping you feel quite full and stops you craving food you don't need.
Additional benefits are that drinking water is good for your health.
While you do need to rise during the night for the bathroom it's a small trade off for your fat loss goals.
Another benefit is that you sleep better without a lot of uncomfortable food in your stomach and you are less tired starting rising in the morning.
